Stay with us in an exclusive area away from the main campsite, a short walk along the rainforest boardwalk to stunning Cellito Beach. With access to the main campsite amenities, there is also a 9 hole golf course just a stone’s throw from where our tents will be set up.

Please read all the details on this page before making a booking. Separate campsite fees are also payable to the campsite at this location.

A 2 night minimum applies for any weekend booking and during the school holidays.

$250 per night (queen bed) + $25 per child / $50 per adult

Stays of up to 4 nights can be made directly through this page. For longer stays, two bookings can be made e.g for a 5 night stay, a 3 night booking & 2 night booking for consecutive nights.

Rates listed are per tent, and starting price is for up to 2 people. Our tents accommodate a maximum of 4 adults per tent or 2 adults and 3 children per tent.

Each tent comes with a queen bed as standard, and we can add an additional 2 single beds for bookings of 4 adults, and we can add up to 3 additional single beds for bookings of 2 adults and 3 children.

If you are 2 adults and require separate beds, you will need to book for 3 people. This means that we will provide you with one queen bed, and one single bed.

Please note that this package and rates are for tents in our exclusive glamping area only. It is not permitted to set up your own tents here.

CAMPSITE FEES

Campsite fees are also payable to the campground when making a booking for this site. We pay these fees on to the campsite, and handle your booking with them to make the booking process as hassle-free as possible.

Please note that campsite fees are not included in our rates, and you will need to make a separate campsite booking while going through the booking process.

Campsite fees are $50/night for 2 people, $25/night for additional adults and $15/night for kids 5-15 years.

REFUNDABLE CLEANING DEPOSIT

A $50 cleaning deposit is taken at the time of booking. This will be fully refunded after your stay if all dishes are washed up, eskies are emptied and wiped clean of all food, and there is no damage beyond reasonable wear and tear to equipment.

GROUP BOOKINGS

*Our booking system allows you to book one tent at a time - unless all of your tents have the same number of adults and children, then you can just enter how many tents you want in the “QUANTITY” box.

For multiple tent bookings, you will need to enter each tent configuration individually, but they can be paid for with one payment by doing the following:

Step 1 - make a selection from ALL of the drop down menus for your first tent, then click “PURCHASE”

Step 2 - you will then be prompted to fill in your CHECK IN and CHECK OUT dates and your bedding set up - then click “PURCHASE” again

Step 3 - you will then see your selection displayed in your shopping cart

Step 4 - If you would like to book more tents, click the back arrow in your browser, then repeat the previous steps until you see your next tent in your shopping cart with your first tent purchase.

You can then repeat these steps as many times as necessary, and then you can pay for all of your tents in one payment.

Please note that tents requesting to be set up together must all be booked for the same nights in order for us to be able to allocate tents together. For example, a tent booked for one night may not be able to be set up next to other tents who have booked for two nights.

INCLUSIONS:

  • 5 metre bell tent set up and ready for your arrival

  • Persian rugs and door mat inside and wooden entrance mat outside

  • Each tent comes standard with Queen inner spring mattress for up to two people

  • Option to add up to 3 single mattresses per tent (additional fees apply)

  • Fresh cotton sheets and pillow cases, duck down pillows, quilt and quilt cover

  • 2 burner gas cooker, gas bottle

  • Cookware – pot, pan, tongs, spatula, wooden spoon, bbq scraper, billy, sharp cutting knives, chopping boards and tea towel

  • Metal camping plates, cups and cutlery

  • 60L Coolbox

  • Outdoor table and chairs

  • Wooden storage chest, fire lighters, lighter, washing up tub, brush and detergent

  • Lighting - Solar powered fairy lights hung from your tent door and a battery powered lantern

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Check in: 3pm - 10pm / Check out: 10am

  • Guests are free to stay on to enjoy the beach or activities after checking out of their tent

  • No additional tents can be set up inside the exclusive glamping area

  • Max people per tent: 4 adults OR 2 adults and 3 children

  • Tents are fitted with a Queen size bed and additional single beds can be added to this

  • Bookings must be paid in full in order to be finalised. Once a booking has been made it is subject to the terms & conditions listed here.

  • Bookings will still run if it is raining. Our tents are waterproof. During heavy rain or cold weather, you may see some condensation or moisture within the tent - this is normal.

  • Bookings are non-refundable.

  • Stays are transferable to another name.

  • Stays can be postponed and dates can be changed within the same 12 month period (dependant on availability).

  • A minimum 7 days notice is required for any changes to a booking.

  • All changes / transfers are at our discretion.

  • Credited or postponed bookings can not be transferred to a peak period, such as a long weekend. Midweek bookings cannot be transferred to a weekend.

  • Pets not permitted

  • Quiet time from 10pm - please respect our other guests

  • No smoking in tents, cooking area or glamping area

  • No loud/offensive behaviour - we reserve the right to ask you to leave - such action is non-refundable

  • In the unlikely case of “force majeure” (emergency warnings for events such as bushfires, floods etc.) and travel restrictions due to Covid-19, any guests whose stays are directly affected will be issued with a credit for another stay of equal value at a later date. We understand that some stays are date sensitive, such as for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays etc., but events such as this are out of anyone’s control and we have adopted this policy in the interest of fairness to all parties.

  • We are no longer able to make exceptions to our booking policy for circumstances that arise due to Covid-19. Covid-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected, and there are no longer restrictions in place for those who have Covid. If a guest’s stay needs to be postponed due to the guest’s Covid situation within 7 days of the booking, please understand that providing a credit at short notice impacts substantially on our business, and that any credit provided can only be rebooked on midweek dates at a time that is not on a weekend, peak period or during school holidays.

  • If your stay is already underway and needs to be cut short by evacuation due to events out of our control, please understand that we have already undertaken the work to set up for your stay, and no refund or credit will be provided in such cases

  • Credits and/or transfers provided for any reason must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue and are subject to availability unless we have advised otherwise.
